Fruit Juice Production
First the fruit is harvested – by private growers as well as major suppliers. Then the fruit is carefully sorted to ensure top quality. Then the fruit is cleaned, mashed, and pressed. The pressed juice is centrifuged to remove pieces of fruit, pasteurized and bottled. Since Lösch fresh pressed juice does not contain preservatives it is pasteurized so that it lasts longer and stays fresh.
